Buying and selling at the same time

Two moves at once takes a little extra planning, and that’s where having someone a step ahead really helps. We’ll set your closing dates to give you some breathing room. If the dates don’t line up perfectly, your mortgage agent can tell you about bridge financing, which covers the gap. A same day closing can work too, and I’ll talk you through whether it makes sense for you.

I’ll keep both deals and both sets of dates in front of me, so everything lines up. Work through both checklists below. Most steps happen at the same time on each side.
